SJMCA partners with M&SCA of Eastern PA
Effective June 1, 2020
Highlights of the details are outlined in the brochure below.
Partnering with M&SCA developed as a result of the changing dynamics of our industry and organizational changes within the management of our Association. John J Connors, Executive Director for the past 20 years has decided to retire and begin his next chapter. Cathy Murphy, who has been with SJMCA for 19 years maintaining the financials for the Association will take on the day-to-day management as the Business Administrator. Maryellen Engle the administrative assistant to John, who came out of retirement in 2004 has also decided to return to retirement.
COVID-19 has affected everyone in their everyday life and business activity; due to these factors, the transition of management for SJMCA will be adjusted as John gradually moves away from his role as Executive Director to ensure a smooth and seamless transition to Cathy.
At SJMCA we remain committed to a strong relationship with UA Local 322. Our mission and values are committed to training, continued education and efficient productivity, while keeping safety in the forefront. This relationship remains unchanged and SJMCA will be the only affiliate with UA 322 for negotiations.
We look forward to this new collaboration and welcome M&SCA of Eastern PA to our family.
